Mix in milk and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer until sauce thickens. Stir in sharp and mild Cheddar. Step 2: Spread half of mixture in pan, layer with Mozzarella and Muenster cheese slices. Top with remaining mixture, more Cheddar and breadcrumbs. Step 3: Bake at 350°F 40-45 minutes.
